Job Description:

The team provide Personal Protective Equipment solutions as Fall protection products, respirator, hearing protection device and eyewear etc to the industrial workplace(safety market)

Role and Responsibility

Application Engineer for 3M Korea Personal Safety Division will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties;

  • Well understand of Industrial Safety & Health Regulation and skill and knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment

  • Gather the customers' voice for new product development

  • Conduct performance tests with requests or needs for new product development and complaint handling

  • Provide technical and/or product Training for customers & solution for application development.

  • Consult inquiries about technical aspects of products and give formal training and presentations when needed.

  • Lead dynamic communications between local and global teams.

  • Develop technical document/content and improve product claims. 

Qualifications

  • Bechelor's degree or above (학사 이상)

  • Preferred Master Degree or PhD Preferred (석사 이상 우대)

  • Degreees inMechanical Engineering,/ Industrial Hygiene/ Safety Engineering / Chemical / Polymer Science and Materials Science

  • At least 2~3 years working or educational experience in relevant fields.

  • knowledge of science behind personal protective equipment.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work well with multicultural and cross-functional team.

  • Must have communication skill both in written and spoken English

  • Able to travel local & oversea business trip

  • Type: Regular( 정규직 )(수습기간: 3개월)

  • Location: 한국쓰리엠 동탄 기술 연구소 (경기도 화성시 삼성1로5길 7)
