We are looking for talented Java software engineers to join our emerging markets team responsible for expanding and driving innovation across our Babylon platform in Rwanda and surrounding areas. We now have over 2 million registered users in Rwanda thanks to the amazing work of our local partners and our user base continues to grow!

Engineer and implement highly scalable systems, using the best development practices and tools.
Help define our development environment, and communicate the best development practices within the organisation (i.e. code reviews, testing, etc).
Continuously monitor the quality of our systems, design measurements to monitor their health (both the engineering systems and data quality).

Extensive experience with JavaExperience with Spring framework
Experience with databases including Postgres and MySQL
Strong and clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to show they're a team player and can work collaboratively with team members/colleagues
