My Client is looking for an experienced IT Manager to support its ongoing business growth and subsequent expansion into new offices in the UK. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering the IT Management in a medium sized service business. Ideally, that experience will have been gained within a technology business.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills and will be able to network and navigate a medium sized business across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will also have some exposure to cloud enterprise solutions and managing SSO across the range of software tools used by the business.
The Key responsibilities for the role are as follows:
Service Desk Management:
Managing the Internal Service Desk to include
Internal Service Design and Management
Manage Level 1 & Level 2 support staff
Rolling out Jira Service Desk to manage internal tickets
Establishing and maintain internal support SLAs
Reporting of internal support
Managing IT processes for starters and leavers
Keytree Hardware Support:
Managing IT Asset Register
Acquisition and maintenance of laptops
Supporting other office peripherals e.g. Office Monitors, desk power supplies, desk cables.
Ensuring Office presentation equipment is functioning, and that staff know how to use
Keytree Internal Security
Configuration of Laptop Security / antivirus, etc. for employees
Enforcement of Laptop Security / antivirus, etc. for contractors
Network Security (wired & wireless)
Adherence of internal IT to ISO27001
Internal wired network security for the offices
Wi-Fi Access for the offices
User Administration for Internal Software / Services
G-Suite, ADFS, BitBucket, Confluence, JIRA
Access to hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Access & licences for 3rd-party systems that are not hosted by my client
Liaising with the Keytree Cloud Services team where appropriate to support client project focussed activity
In addition to them the above, the IT Manager will be the guardian of all internal Documentation of internal support systems / services.
