The SuccessFactors Compensation role Title: SuccessFactors lead consultant - Compensation and Variable Pay Start date: 28th October Duration: 6 months Location: Thames Corridor Rate: Up to £600 per day + expenses
To be successfully shortlisted for this SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay consultant role you will have
Experience across either multiple projects or multiple modules.
Familiarity with the full project lifecycle under Activate methodology.
The ability to deliver discrete streams of work as a single resource, or to work proactively with junior resources on larger programmes as the lead.
Recommendations from previous customers and peers for the quality of your work.
Exceptional customer facing communication including hosting workshops.
Certification OR Extensive Project Experience in at least one of the following SuccessFactors
