The role of SuccessFactors Lead consultant
You will be responsible for leading individual workstreams on SuccessFactors projects by owning end to end delivery of a specific module or piece of work, and will be expected to be able to manage your own work to agreed timescales and quality, manage and escalate risks, and support and mentor other team members.
To be successfully shortlisted for the role of SuccessFactors Lead consultant you will be in possession of these essential skills:
Experienced across either multiple projects or multiple modules.
Familiar with the full project lifecycle under Activate methodology.
Able to deliver discrete streams of work as a single resource, or to work proactively with junior resources on larger programmes as the lead resource.
The ability to lead larger teams or more complex delivery.
Experience in specialist areas such as data migration, instance strategy, integration, reporting.
You will have certification and experience in at least one of the SuccessFactors modules and able to provide a current extract from certification hub to evidence.

Additionally you will be able to provide evidence of experience working in or supporting other areas, and an ability to quickly upskill for further certifications. Must be able to demonstrate familiarity with Leading Practice and the Activate methodology, and an ability to proactively advise the customer and manage scope and risks.
