Keytree is currently recruiting for a Customer Success Advisor to join their growing product development team for Matrix Booking. Matrix Booking is the leading resource management, meeting room and desk booking software. Award-winning, open, secure and specifically designed to be quick and easy to implement. Appropriate for the requirements of all modern organisations, Matrix Booking can be applied to a range of resources including meeting room and desk booking, offices, car parking and hardware. Make, change or cancel bookings on the go via the Matrix Booking Mobile App, web or Outlook.

The Customer Success Advisor supports our customers by delivering implementation projects for customers including:
  • Requirement gathering and management
  • Facilitating Business Rules workshops and capturing customer rules
  • Identifying and scheduling implementation tasks (data loads, set up)
  • Delivering Training to super users and administrators
  • Supporting customers in the run up to go live
  • Assisting customers in adopting good practices post go-live
  • Delivering on-going training
  • Providing non-code incident fixes for customers
  • Guiding customers in best practice use of the solution
  • Contributing to FAQ and How Do I type documentation
  • Contributing to other customer focussed documentation
  • Supporting the Head of Professional Services on large implementations in areas such as test management
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Some experience of working within a project environment, ideally in customer facing roles (internships/sandwich years may suffice for the right candidate).
  • Experience in use of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project.
  • The ability to balance and prioritise multiple requirements at once.
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of IT and applications
  • Unafraid to support technical tasks such as device / sensor installation, software deployment or running demonstrations
  • Able to hold workshops and deliver training
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A team player who will build strong relationships with the operations and development teams
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
The role is based in our Port Talbot Office with occasional travel.
