Quality Engineer - Market Quality Analysis Specialist

Position Summary

This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing market defect data and leading market defect containment, countermeasures, and validation activities

Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze market defect data and report on a daily and weekly basis
  • Define market failure case with technical terms and manage theme cards for improvement activities
  • Communicate with related teams regarding the market issues and trend (CASR, M
  • List the primary duties and responsibilities in order of importance, M+2 trend etc.)
  • Put temporary/permanent corrective actions in place based on discussion with related teams
  • Validate effectiveness of countermeasures by monitoring market defect trend
  • Plan and organize field investigation activities to get detailed information on market defect
  • Coordinate with Contact Center and SEA to better understand defect mechanism in the market
  • Other responsibilities as assigned my management; job duties may change at any time or without notice
