We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer, Insider Threat to apply their expert knowledge of and passion for creating capabilities that provide detection of anomalous and irregular internal activity! In this role you will design, implement and maintain systems to ensure the confidentiality of ZG intellectual property, customer information and other sensitive data through event correlation and process implementation. You will lead insider threat investigations, build playbooks for response, and partner with stakeholders to remediate identified risks.This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
To be successful, you will possess an analytical approach with a focus on problem solving. You will have a breadth of experience responding to a variety of security incidents, implementing security systems and coordinating across business units to solve complex problems.
6 + years of progressive experience in an analytical focused security role (SOC, CSIRT)
Highly technical expertise with a proven background in technology design, implementation and delivery
A broad base of Information Security knowledge (security systems engineering, pcap analysis, system forensics, vulnerability management, insider threat, active defense, attacker simulation, threat hunting, threat intelligence)
Experience delivering results in an enterprise environment
Ability to train and mentor junior engineers and analysts
