Participate in all stages of application development, including UI design & development, backend development, deployment, and application monitoring
Iterate quickly in an agile development process
Own the quality of your feature work by implementing unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests
Ensure software is production-ready and is properly monitored for metrics, logging, and performance profiling
Evaluate and recommend best software designs and architecture for scalability and maintainability
Effectively communicate with others on the team including peer code reviews
Provide feedback to influence product direction
Designing relational, NoSQL and Distributed Processing solutions using the latest technologies
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
Strong experience in React & Redux or other modern front-end frameworks
Experienced in creating REST services in an object-oriented language & solid understanding of microservice architectures
Hands-on experience with a cloud provider such as AWS, GCE or Azure
Working knowledge with relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL
Ability to multi-task effectively and easily adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly learn and integrate new technologies as needed
BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or have applicable experience
Plus to have:
Experience with Redux Saga
Working knowledge of Websockets and GraphQL APIs
Experience developing & maintaining containerized applications
Experience with C#, .net core, and Entity Framework Core
Experience with Golang
